Dividend Declaration

The Board has declared a proposed final dividend for the year to 31 December 2014 of 2.0 pence per share in respect of the period from Admission to AIM on 14 November 2014, amounting to a total of £1.01 million. The final dividend will be paid on 29 May 2015 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 8 May 2015. The ex-dividend date will be 7 May 2015.
