The following amendment has been made to the 'Additional Listing' announcement released on25 January 2017 under RNS No 0887V.
It is expected that admission will occur on 7 February 2017.
All other details remain unchanged.

Additional Listing
Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a Listing of 7,252,656 Ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each, to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The shares will be allotted pursuant to the Scrip Dividend alternative offered in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 24 September 2016. A total of 3,837 shareholders made an election over 329,845,215 shares, requiring the allotment of 7,252,656 shares, representing 1.75% of the share capital in issue prior to allotment.
It is expected that admission will occur on 7 February 2017.
