The Company was informed on 1 July 2013 that on that day, Alastair Irvine, a director of the Company, sold 468,750 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 115 pence per share.

Following this transaction Alastair Irvine holds an indirect interest in 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
