LXB Retail Properties Plc ("LXB Retail", the "Company")
Director/PDMR shareholding
LXB Retail was notified today that the beneficial interest of 1,145,188 shares held by LXB3 Partners LLP ("LXB Partners") was transferred on 31 March 2010 as set out below to certain members of LXB Manager LLP.
At the time of the IPO, LXB Partners subscribed for 2,467,643 shares on behalf of certain members of the Investment Team (as defined in the Company's admission document). It was set out in the Company's admission document that the shares held by LXB Partners may be transferred to members of the Investment Team, and the 1,145,188 shares have been transferred at the IPO price of 100 pence per share. The remaining shares held by LXB Partners will be transferred to members of the Investment Team at a future date.
The shareholdings of the Investment Team and LXB Partners are now as below:
