Interim Management Statement
Low & Bonar PLC ("the Group"), the international performance materials group, today publishes its interim management statement for the period since 30 November 2012.
The Flooring, Industrial, Transport and Artificial Grass Yarns sectors have started the year well. Demand for our Civil Engineering products has been slower, influenced by the particularly harsh weather conditions across Europe, but we anticipate a return to more normal levels of activity during the second quarter.
The Group is continuing to invest for future growth and remains on track to deliver another year of progress.
