Directorate Changes 

Following its announcement on 27 April 2010 that Kevin Higginson, Group Finance Director, had resigned and was to take up a new role in a private company, Low & Bonar PLC ("Low & Bonar"), the international performance materials group, confirms that Mr. Higginson has now left Low & Bonar and ceased to be a director.

Mr. Higginson's successor and his start date will be announced shortly.
