The Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 week period ended 30 November 2016 ('2016 Annual Report'), Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have been posted or made available to shareholders today. The Notice of Annual General Meeting and 2016 Annual Report are available in electronic format on the Company's website at www.lowandbonar.com/investors
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the 2016 Annual Report was submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism on 27 February 2017 along with copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form, and will be available for viewing shortly at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
