2014 Annual Financial Report and 2015 Annual General Meeting

Low & Bonar PLC, (the "Company") confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 24 March 2015 at The Pullman Hotel St Pancras, 100-110 Euston Road, London NW1 2AJ, commencing at 10.00 am. A notice convening that meeting has today been posted to shareholders (and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism) together with a copy of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 30 November 2014.

In accordance with section 311A of the Companies Act 2006, certain information concerning the AGM is given on the Company's website at www.lowandbonar.com.

The following documents will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do and copies will also be available from the Company's website at www.lowandbonar.com.
