1 December 2010 Parallel Media Group Plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 2.2p of the Company in issue as at 30 November 2010 is 15,437,437, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company has no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 15,437,437. This figure of 15,437,437 ordinary shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
