Broker Option results
Total Voting Rights
Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement made on 8 July 2022, the Broker Option, a facility to allow participation in the Placement on similar terms to the Placing announced has been closed with subscribers including existing shareholders and a new Asian investor.
A total of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value each ('Broker Option shares") have been allocated conditional only on Admission with investors at 4 pence per share, the same price as the Placing announced on 8 July 2022. Each broker option will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares and will be issued with one warrant per two ordinary shares exercisable at 8p for a two-year period from the date of admission of the Broker Option shares to AIM, which is expected to be on or around 28 July 2022.
Application has been made for admission of the 6,000,000 new Ordinary Shares which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares to trade on AIM ("Admission") expected to be on or around 28 July 2022.

Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 223,569,604 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Each Ordinary Share has one voting right. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The above figure may be used by LVCG shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Group is divided into four divisions; BRICKLIVE, consisting of a network of partner-driven fan-based and touring shows using BRICKLIVE created content worldwide.
