LUCECO PLC (THE "COMPANY")
Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them ("PCAs")
The following notification is made under article 19.1 and in accordance with article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") in relation to:
a) a disposal of shares by a PDMR of the Company and a corresponding acquisition by a Person Closely Associated with him, resulting in no change to the PDMR's and PCA's combined beneficial shareholding; and
