PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that, on 4 January 2024, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 2,106 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("CSOP Shares") to certain PDMRs as detailed below at a price of 626p per Ordinary Share.
The Resulting PDMR shareholdings are as follows:
