Exercise of Options & Issue of Shares
The Board of James Latham announces that, on 1 April 2025, the Trustees of the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme 2012 issued 2,813 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to Andrew Wright, Managing Director, following the exercise of the options under the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme 2012 issued on 1 April 2022. Mr Wright's resultant shareholding is 31,043 shares or 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
