The Company announces that, on 23 April 2024, the Trustees of the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Trust purchased 8,687 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, ("Ordinary Shares") from Andrew Wright (Managing Director) as detailed below at a price of 1160p per ordinary share representing the closing mid-market price of the Company's shares on 23 April 2024.
