Latham(James) PLC11 March 2008 James Latham plc ("James Latham", the "Company") Share Buy-Back James Latham, the importer and distributor of panel products and hardwood,announces that on Monday, 10 March 2008 it bought a further 270,000 25p ordinaryshares at a price of 199 pence, representing approximately 1.34 per cent. of theCompany's issued share capital which will be held in treasury. This purchase isin addition to the 90,000 shares it purchased on Friday, 7 March 2008. The Company was authorised to make market purchases of its own shares at theAnnual General Meeting held on 29 August 2007. Following this purchase theCompany holds 500,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 19,660,000 ordinaryshares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
