James Latham announces that it has been informed by Fabian French, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that his spouse, Pippa French, on 25 September 2025, transferred 200,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a Trust where the beneficiaries are not considered to be PCAs under MAR.
As a result, Mr French now has a beneficial interest in 170,052 Ordinary Shares representing 0.84% of the issued share capital of the Company.
