Employee Benefits SchemeΒ Shareholding

James Latham announces thatΒ theΒ Trustees of the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Scheme acquiredΒ 25,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company onΒ 24 SeptemberΒ 2009 at 157p per share. The Trustees include Pippa Latham and David Dunmow, who are both directors of the Company. TheΒ resultant shareholding isΒ 138,813Β ordinary shares representingΒ 0.72% of the Company's Total Voting Rights. These shares are not allocated to specific employees, althoughΒ some of the shares may in future be allocated to directors of the Company.
