Directors Shareholdings
James Latham plc announces that on 6 January 2012, Peter Latham received 250 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company from the executors of a family estate. In addition, the Company announces that the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 870 ordinary 25p shares in the Company on 26 January 2012 at 231.5p per share to certain directors, with the resultant total shareholdings as follows:
