Directors' Shareholdings
James Latham announces that the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 4,887 ordinary 25p shares in the Company on 30 August 2012 at 278p per share to Directors of the Company as detailed in the table below. In addition, following the maturing of the Company's SAYE scheme on 1 September 2012, Directors of the Company have exercised their options over 23,766 shares at a price of 126p a share, also detailed in the table below.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has in issue 20,160,000 ordinary shares of 25p each, with 719,200 shares held in treasury. In addition, there are 987,000 8% cumulative preference shares of £1 each in issue which carry no voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 19,440,800. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, James Latham under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
