LSR Group starts pre-sales in new stages of Shuvalovsky project
LSR Group has started pre-sales of apartments in two new buildings - 16 and 17 - of its mass market project Shuvalovsky in St. Petersburg.
The buildings have a total area exceeding 45 th sqm and comprise 590 apartments ranging from 33 to 110 sqm, as well as commercial premises. The price per sqm starts at RUB 81,000. The completion is scheduled for 4Q 2019. It is planned to transfer the apartments before June 30th, 2020.
Shuvalovsky is being constructed in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg, at the junction of Parashyutnaya Street and Shuvalovsky Prospect. It is one of the largest projects under construction by LSR Group in the city, comprising 8,731 apartments with the total area of 640 th sqm. The whole project is scheduled for completion in 2020.
