LSR Group launches new project in St. Petersburg

LSR Group started pre-sales of apartments in its new comfort-class project Star Duo in Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg. The project comprises two buildings to be constructed on the land plots of 0.93 ha and 1.5 ha in Kosmonavtov Prospect near Kvartet, another project by LSR Group.

The first building has the total area of 24 th sqm and comprises 348 apartments ranging from 34 sqm to 76 sqm, a semi-underground parking for 87 cars and an open parking for 24 cars. The second building has the total area of 51 th sqm and comprises 723 apartments ranging from 36 sqm to 71 sqm, as well as 500 sqm of retail premises, a semi-underground parking for 170 cars and a visitor parking for 61 cars.

There are no studios in the Star Duo. The breakdown of apartments by the number of rooms looks as follows: one-room (66.10%), two-room (28.6%) and three-room (5.3%). The apartments are available either with turnkey finishing or without it. The price per sqm with finishing starts at RUB 114,000.

The project is being constructed in one of the most popular and well-developed districts of St. Petersburg - Moskovsky. Within minutes of walking distance there are main highways of the city: Dunaysky Prospect, Vitebsky Prospect and Moskovskoye Highway. There are new convenient multi-level junctions to the Ring Road and the Western High-Speed Speed Diameter. A few steps away there is Kupchino railway station, from where suburban trains run to the favorite leisure areas of St. Petersburg: Pushkin and Pavlovsk. Two metro stations are located within walking distance: Kupchino and Zvezdnaya. The district's social infrastructure comprises schools, kindergartens, shopping malls and recreation areas. Two more kindergartens are to be commissioned in 2Q 2018 near Star Duo.
