Notification of Director's Share Transaction

Pursuant to paragraph 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") announces that on 11 February 2010 it was notified by Nicholas Gregory, Joint Chief Executive of the Company, that 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each nominal value were purchased on 11 February 2010 by his individual savings account at a price of 62.0 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Gregory is interested in 600,000 of the Company's Ordinary Shares.
