Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 12,261,761 ordinary shares of nominal value 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). None of these Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, currently the total number of voting rights in the Company is 12,261,761.
The above figure 12,261,761 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
