VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, London Security PLC is required to notify the market of the following:
London Security PLC's issued share capital consists of 12,263,273 ordinary shares of nominal value 1p each with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, currently the total number of voting rights in London Security PLC is 12,263,273.
The above figure 12,263,273 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, London Security PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
