Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2011
The board of directors of the Company are pleased to announce that they have today declared an interim dividend of 24 pence per ordinary share of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There are currently 12,267,748 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £2,944,259.52.
The above dividend will be paid on 24 June 2011 to shareholders on the register on 3 June 2011 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on 1 June 2011.
