London Security PLC02 August 2006 LONDON SECURITY PLC Appointment of Executive Director 2 August 2006 London Security plc announces that Mr. Xavier Mignolet 42, has today beenappointed as a director of the Company. At the date of his appointment, Mr. Mignolet held options to subscribe for30,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of £11.50 per share,representing 0.24% of the issued share capital. He joined the Company in 1995 and is a director of Ansul s.a. and Importex s.a.and subsidiary companies in Belgium.
