Director's share dealing

Lombard Risk (AIM: LRM.L), a leading provider of integrated collateral management and regulatory reporting solutions for the financial services industry, has been notified that Steve Rogers, Non-executive Director, yesterday purchased 125,000 Lombard Risk ordinary shares at a price of 9.3p per share.

Following the purchase Mr Rogers's shareholding is 344,984 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition Mr Rogers has a beneficial interest in options over 1,000,000 Lombard Risk ordinary shares which, when exercised, will represent a further 0.33% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
