Grant of Options

On 28th May 2010 options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted to the following Directors :

The exercise price on all these options is 4.5p.

All of the above options vest one third on 28th May 2011, one third on 28th May 2012, one third on 28th May 2013. There is a period of 2 years after vesting in which the options may be exercised at the holders' option.

John Wisbey, Chief Executive of Lombard Risk commented "Although guidance for larger companies is that companies should not issue share options to Non-Executive directors, we were encouraged to do so by institutional investors in order to attract the right quality of candidates, and as a large shareholder myself I fully supported this. It is the normal policy of the Company to issue options that are slightly out of the money, and specifically in this case we thought it right that the exercise price should be 12.5% above the price at which institutions and others invested in the September 2009 placing".
