Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM.L), a leading global provider of integrated collateral management and regulatory reporting solutions for the financial services industry, was notified today of the following transactions by directors of the Company:
Alastair Brown, CEO of the Company, has today purchased 540,540 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.25 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr Brown is now interested in 1,683,400 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.42 per cent. of the issued share capital.
Nigel Gurney, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has today purchased 168,961 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr Gurney is now interested in 622,829 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital.
