Board Changes

Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading global provider of collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, announces the following changes to its board.

It was announced on 8 July 2013 that Brian Crowe, who had been a non-executive director since the Company went public in 2004, would be retiring from the board immediately before the Company's Annual General Meeting on 12 July 2013, that John McCormick would be joining the board no later than the end of October 2013, and that the board was in discussions with another potential non-executive director with significant technology company experience.

The board is now pleased to announce that Steve Rogers will today join the board. Steve Rogers is currently Head of Sales for EMEA/LATAM at Microsoft Business Solutions based in the UK and was previously General Manager, EMEA-North for Salesforce.com and General Manager - EMEA for SAP's Business Objects Division as well as earlier positions at Oracle UK and IBM.

Philip Crawford, Chairman, commented "We are delighted to have someone joining the board as NED who has such a wealth of industry specific and general software operation experience".

Under the terms of Steve Rogers' Directors' Letter of Appointment, effective from 14 August 2013, he has been granted options over 1,000,000 Lombard Risk ordinary shares (the "Options"). The Options are not subject to any performance criteria and are exercisable at 13 pence per share. 500,000 Options will vest and may be exercised between 14 August 2015-14 August 2018, 250,000 Options will vest and may be exercised between 14 August 2016-14 August 2018 and the remaining 250,000 will vest and may be exercised between 14 August 2017-14 August 2018.

Save for the declarations above there is no further information to be disclosed under Rule 17 or Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
