Board Changes

Lombard Risk Management plc (LSE:LRM), a leading provider of collateral management and regulatory reporting solutions for the financial services industry, is pleased to confirm that Mr Alexander (Sandy) Broderick has joined the Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from 9 September 2015.

Sandy Broderick is currently Non-Executive Chairman of GMEX (Global Markets Exchange) Group and was formerly Chief Executive officer of DTCC Deriv/SERV, CEO of New York Portfolio Clearing and Managing Director and Director of Societe Generale London.

Philip Crawford, Executive Chairman of Lombard Risk, commented: "We are delighted to welcome Sandy to the Board.
