Lombard Risk Management PLC22 February 2005 For immediate release 22 February 2005 Lombard Risk Management plc ("the Company" or "Lombard Risk") Exercise of Warrant and Additional Listing On 17 February 2005 Lombard Risk received a notice of exercise in respect of awarrant held by Singer & Friedlander Limited ("S&F) to subscribe for 2,332,224ordinary shares in the Company at the par value of 0.5p per share, this beingequivalent to 2.25 per cent of the issued share capital at the time of theCompany's admission to AIM. Following the warrant exercise, S&F have no furtherrights under the warrant. The Company has today made application for admission of the 2,332,224 newordinary shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Theseshares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares and dealings areexpected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 24 February 2005. The totalnumber of shares in issue following the exercise of the warrant is 118,208,831. On 17 February 2005, S&F sold 1,300,000 ordinary shares and now hold 1,032,224ordinary shares representing 0.87% of the current issued share capital.
