Lombard Risk Management PLC09 August 2007 Lombard Risk Management plc ("LRM") Issue of Shares Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it has issued 1,000,000 OrdinaryShares at 8 pence each to a third party pursuant to contractual arrangementsmade in February 2007 in which it was agreed that part payment of the consultingadvice provided would be satisfied by LRM shares.
