Update on Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Company has applied for the 35,277,423 new ordinary shares issued to Altima Global Special Opportunities Master Fund Limited ("the Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.  The Shares will rank, pari passu, with all existing ordinary shares and admission is expected to take place on or around 17 August 2009 ("Admission"). Following Admission, there will be a total of 799,096,499 ordinary shares in issue.
