Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at 1 December 2016, the issued share capital of the Company is 29,199,230 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of which 491,869 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding Treasury shares will therefore be 28,707,361 (the 'Figure').

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
