Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following: 

On I June 2015, the issued share capital of the Company is 28,395,749 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of which 2,466,869 are held in Treasury.

 The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding Treasury shares will therefore be 25,928,880 (the 'Figure').

 The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
