Dividend Declaration
In respect of the current year, the Directors propose that a final dividend of 2.67 pence per share will be paid to the shareholders.
This is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting however the ex-dividend date will be 16 November 2011 and not 14 November 2011 as erroneously stated in the Preliminary results this morning. The record date 18 November 2011; with an intended payment date of 16 December 2011, remains the same.
