Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that on 1 June 2023 Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 898.80 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Richard Holmes' beneficial interest in the Company is 279,606 Ordinary Shares representing 0.93 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
