Appointment of Director

Lok'nStore Group Plc (AM:LOK), the fast growing self-storage Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Newman as an Executive Director. 

Neil James John Newman-Shepherd, aged 38, brings a significant managerial and operational contribution to the Board having worked at the Company since 2006. He is currently Group Sales Director and will retain this title on the Board.

Simon Thomas, Chairman, comments: "The Board is delighted to welcome Neil to the Board. Neil's contribution to Lok'nStore over the recent years has been significant and we look forward to his contribution to our future growth at Board level."

Mr. Newman holds no other directorships nor has he in the past 5 years. 

Mr. Newman holds 166,279 options under the Company's unapproved option scheme and 19,196 options in the approved CSOP.

There is no further information disclosable in respect of Mr Newman pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
