Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 23 March 2020 that Neil Newman-Shepherd (Group Sales Director) has purchased through his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) 2,852 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the company at a price of 350.2p.
As a result of this transaction, Neil Newman-Shepherd's beneficial interest in the Company is 17,164 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
