Correction regarding Director Dealing
Further to the announcement made yesterday, the Company clarifies that Charles Peal acquired 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), rather than the 100,000 originally stated. As announced, the purchase was made at a price of 210p per Ordinary Share and Mr. Peal's resultant shareholding is 855,000 Ordinary Shares equating to 3.34% of the Company's total voting rights.
