Logica plc (the "Company") announces the resignation of Paul Weaver as Company Secretary with effect from 30 November 2008. The Company would like to thank Paul for his significant contribution over the past 13 years.

Seamus Keating, the Chief Financial Officer, will also act as Company Secretary with effect from 1 December 2008.
