London, United Kingdom - 19 December 2014 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM:LND)("Landore Resources" or "the Company") announces that it was notified today that William Humphries, the Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 1,754,119 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.675 pence per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Mr Humphries is interested in 39,914,119 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.71 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
