Admission Date for Subscription Shares

Landore Resources Limited (AIM:LND) announced on 3 July 2019 that it had raised gross proceeds of £250,000 through a subscription to raise through the issue of 35,714,286 new Ordinary Shares (the "Subscription Shares") in the Company at a price of 0.7 pence per new Ordinary Share (the "Subscription"), with the proceeds to be used to further fund the working capital of the Company and its exploration programme.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 35,714,286 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will now commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 23 July 2019 ("Admission"). 

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will consist of 1,238,772,922 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Landore Resources does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The aforementioned figure of 1,238,772,922 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Landore Resources under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
