In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.1 we hereby notify that the Company's issued share capital consists of 226,244,974 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, each carrying one voting right. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, is 226,244,974.
The voting rights figures disclosed in this announcement reflect the completion of the Company's tender offer, which closed on 22 November 2012 and the results of which were announced earlier today.
