LMS Capital plc (the Company) Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, LMS Capital plc confirms that the Company's issued capital, as at the close of business on 31 May 2012, consisted of 273,799,285 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
