Special Interim Dividend
As indicated prior to the General Meeting of the Company on 28 November 2019, the new Board of LMS intended, on appointment, to pay a one-off dividend of 4.25 pence per ordinary share as soon as practicable after the meeting.
Accordingly, the Board of LMS is pleased to announce the payment of a special interim dividend of 4.25 pence per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on 15 January 2020 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 20 December 2019 (with an ex-dividend date of 19 December 2019).
