LMS Capital plc ("the Company") Directors' shareholdings 13 August 2013 The Company announces that, pursuant to the Tender Offer set out in thecircular published by the Company on 3 July 2013 which closed on 22 July 2013,the directors of the Company below have notified the Company of the sale bytender of the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") set out against their respective names below. The numbers of OrdinaryShares in which these individuals now have an interest are also set out againsttheir names. Settlement of the Tender Offer took place on 7 August 2013 andnotification to the Company of all these transactions was completed on 13August 2013. All shares were sold at a price of 90 pence per share.
