Second Tender Offer
The Board of LMS Capital plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company intends to send a circular to shareholders in early July setting out details of a proposed second tender offer (the "Tender Offer") to return up to £35 million to shareholders. If taken up in full, this would bring to £75 million the total capital returned to shareholders since the Company's realisation strategy was approved by shareholders on 30 November 2011.
The Tender Offer will be available to all shareholders (other than certain overseas shareholders) and the circular will include full details of the timetable, mechanics and settlement procedures, as well as the date, time and venue for the General Meeting at which shareholder approval for the Tender Offer will be sought. If the Tender Offer is approved at this General Meeting (expected to be in late July), it is expected to take place shortly thereafter.
