Additional information: | Whilst there has been no acquisition or disposal of voting rights, as announced by the issuer on 1 September 2016, the overall number of shares in issue by total issued share capital has decreased from 103,584,592 Ordinary Shares to 96,441,735 Ordinary Shares, as a result of the completion of the Tender Offer. The effect of this reduction in the total issued share capital is to increase the proportion of voting rights held by the trustees of the Lord Rayne Will Trust from below to above the 11% threshold, which has prompted this notification. The voting rights are held by The Bank of New York (Nominees) Limited, which is the sub-custodian of Multrees Investor Services Limited, which holds the shares under an investment management agreement with Stonehage Fleming Investment Management Limited, for the trustees of the Lord Rayne Will Trust. | |
